Hospital in Morrilton. The property will be transformed into accessible
apartments for individuals fifty-five (55) and older. The property was built in
1937 and has had several uses. The Arc Arkansas a leader in rehabilitating
historic properties has completed renovation of this historic property and the
building has new residents.
